Can WaveHello manage the advertising accounts I already have?

Yes. WaveHello can help with existing campaigns or build new ones around your offer, audience, and budget. Your business keeps ownership of its advertising accounts, with agreed access for management.

Management can cover Google Search, eligible Google Local Services Ads, Facebook and Instagram, or Microsoft Advertising. You do not need every channel. We select the work around your goals, and keep advertising spend separate from management fees.

Should I spend more on advertising or improve how I handle the inquiries I already get?

Look for the first part of the customer journey that is not working. If suitable people rarely find you, reach may be the issue. If good inquiries arrive but sit unanswered or get lost between tools, more advertising may increase the same problem.

Review a sample of recent inquiries from arrival to outcome. Improve the part you can identify, then measure it before expanding the budget. You may need advertising, a better website or form, or more reliable follow-up—not necessarily all of them.

My ads get clicks but not inquiries. Is the problem the ads or the website?

Either can be part of the problem, and the first step is to follow the customer's path. Check the searches or audiences bringing visitors, whether the landing page matches the ad, and whether calls or form submissions work and reach your team.

Also check what the campaign counts as a conversion. A click on a button is not necessarily a completed inquiry. Separate traffic quality, website usability, measurement, and follow-up before choosing what to change.

Which WaveHello search service is right for my business?

WaveHello’s Foundational Visibility Care helps keep essential website and business information accurate and useful. WaveHello’s managed SEO and AI search visibility goes further with ongoing research, content improvements, and review of how customers find you.

The right starting point depends on what needs attention and how much ongoing work you need. Plans are starting points with an agreed scope, not a fixed quantity of tasks. Neither service promises rankings or mentions in AI answers.
