Website terms

This website starts the conversation. A written agreement starts the work.

These terms apply to the WaveHello website and its conversation form. They do not define a project, reserve availability, or create a client relationship. Paid services begin only under written terms accepted for that work.

The practical version

Know what happens before—and after—you get in touch.

The site can help you understand the services and request a conversation. A project begins later, only when both sides accept written terms for that work.

01 / Scope

What these terms cover

These terms apply when you view this website or use its conversation form. The site describes WaveHello website design and development, paid marketing, SEO and organic search, business systems consulting, and Custom AI Systems, and it receives requests for an initial conversation.

What the site does not do

It does not sell services, collect payment, create a customer account, issue a proposal, or begin project work. Information handling is covered by the Privacy Notice. Custom AI Systems is professional service work governed by separate written project terms; it does not provide access to the separate software product. That product is not offered through this website today, and these terms do not govern a product account, workspace, trial, subscription, or product data. Separate terms and a separate privacy notice would be required before product access is opened.

02 / Request

Sending a conversation request

Sending the form asks WaveHello to review your request and reply using the contact details you provide. It is an inquiry—not the start of a project.

  • It does not create a client relationship.
  • It does not reserve availability or promise a response time.
  • It does not begin work or require either side to proceed.
  • It is not a secure path for credentials or confidential records.

Submit only information you are authorized to share. Do not send passwords, customer records, account exports, contracts, credentials, or other confidential material. Information that later needs secure handling should be addressed under project-specific arrangements.

03 / Context

Information, examples, and expected results

Website content is general information about available services and working methods. It is not a diagnosis or recommendation for a particular business.

Illustrative material

Examples explain an approach

Diagrams, workflows, sample records, interfaces, and scenarios are illustrative unless expressly identified otherwise. They are not client results or performance promises.

Service outcomes

Direction is not a guarantee

Descriptions of what a service is designed to improve explain the direction of the work. Results also depend on market demand, the offer, pricing, capacity, sales, fulfillment, customer behavior, and other conditions. Search engines and advertising platforms control eligibility, policy enforcement, placement, lead delivery, ranking, citation, and platform charges; WaveHello does not guarantee those platform-controlled outcomes.

Price and timing

Planning references are not quotes

Any displayed starting price, timing range, or example scope is a planning reference—not a quote, offer, or reservation of availability. Confirm current terms in writing before making a business decision.

04 / Content

Using the site and its content

You may browse the site, print a page, and share links for the purpose of evaluating WaveHello services. No ownership rights transfer through that use.

Unless otherwise identified, the site’s original writing, visual design, graphics, and other original content belong to WaveHello or are used with permission. Do not republish, sell, impersonate, or present substantial portions as your own without permission.

Product names and logos shown on this site belong to their respective owners. They identify tools that may appear in business environments and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or a finding about a particular product.

05 / Conduct

Responsible use

Use the website and form for lawful evaluation and communication. Do not use them to:

  • 01Interfere with the website, form, hosting, or normal operation
  • 02Probe, bypass, or attempt to defeat access or security controls
  • 03Introduce malicious code or automate spam and abusive requests
  • 04Impersonate another person, company, or authorized representative
  • 05Submit information you do not have authority to provide
06 / Current

Availability and updates

WaveHello may correct, update, suspend, or remove website content. The site may not always be available or error-free. Confirm current scope, price, timing, and availability in writing before relying on them for a business decision.

The current version and review date appear on this page. Later updates apply to subsequent website use and do not rewrite previously accepted project terms.

07 / Project

Paid work is governed separately

Website use and form submission do not govern paid services. Any project that proceeds will use a separate written proposal, service agreement, or other accepted project terms.

Defined before work begins
  • Scope, deliverables, and review points
  • Fees, invoicing, media spend, and third-party costs
  • Timing, access, approvals, and client responsibilities
  • Ownership and licensing of project work
  • Confidentiality and security responsibilities
  • Cancellation, termination, warranties, liability, and disputes

If website content conflicts with accepted project terms, the accepted project terms control that project.

Question before proceeding?

Ask for clarification before sharing information or accepting project terms.

A Terms question sent through the conversation form becomes a stored form record under the Privacy Notice. Choose Not sure and begin the message with “Terms question.”
