Why this product exists

Spend less time piecing customer work together.

When inquiries, notes, tasks, and payments live in different places, it is harder to see what needs attention.

Lead arrives

A new inquiry arrives by phone, form, or another channel.

Details get scattered

Notes and tasks end up in separate places. Who should follow up?

Updates take more effort

Your team switches tools to check proposals, work, invoices, and payments.

Results are hard to follow

It takes extra work to see which inquiries became customers.

Product direction

From the first inquiry to the next improvement.

In active development

Lead management

The initial development focus is a shared place to manage leads and follow-up.

  • Lead records, assignment, and follow-up
  • Board and table views of lead progress
  • Lead imports and views of what needs attention

Planned direction

More of your customer work

The longer-term goal is to connect more customer information and daily work.

  • Customer details, messages, and files
  • Proposals, invoices, payments, and reporting
  • AI help, task automation, and tool connections

Flexible by design

Designed to fit alongside the tools you use.

The plan is a standalone product with optional connections to WaveHello services and compatible business tools.

01

Software on its own

A standalone subscription is planned, without a requirement to buy other WaveHello services.

02

Optional WaveHello connections

Planned connections could bring inquiries from a WaveHello website, custom form, or assistant into the software.

03

Room for your existing tools

We plan to support connections to compatible business tools, so useful tools do not have to be replaced.

Is WaveHello Software available to use now?

WaveHello Software is in development. The software page shows the product direction and planned capabilities, not a ready-to-buy product or a promise of a launch date.

You can still work with WaveHello on available services, including websites, marketing, custom forms, AI assistants, and business systems consulting. If a planned software feature interests you, tell us what you need rather than assuming it is available today.

Can I work with WaveHello on just one service?

You can work with WaveHello on one service or one business need. A website, marketing work, a custom form, or an AI assistant does not have to become a larger package.

If you are unsure where to start, tell WaveHello what you want to improve. We can help identify a useful first step and connect more services later when that benefits your business.

Can I reduce duplicate work without replacing the tools my team already uses?

Often, the first useful change is to connect or simplify one part of the work—not replace every system. Identify where someone re-enters information, checks multiple records, or manually starts the next task.

Choose one real workflow and describe what should happen from beginning to end. Then decide which existing tool should hold each important piece of information and which updates need to move. Business systems consulting can help turn that into a practical plan and an agreed implementation scope.

What should I check before moving customer records to another CRM?

Check what you can export, what the new tool can accept, and what your team must still be able to find afterward. Contacts alone may not include the notes, attachments, history, or relationships that make the records useful.

Test a small, representative sample before a full move. Compare what left the old system with what arrived, decide how duplicates will be handled, and keep a recoverable copy. Separate choosing new software from proving that the records can move successfully.
