Advanced AI website assistant

Better inquiries. A prepared team.

Give visitors useful answers, then let them share what they need through a tailored form inside the chat.

Built by WaveHello. Powered by OpenAI.

Built around your business

Less chasing details. More useful follow-up.

We shape the inquiry around your services and what your team needs to know. The visitor submits it in the conversation, and the details arrive in your email.

Your team handles follow-up. Updating customer records, booking appointments, and other tasks in your business tools are scoped with Custom.

How does WaveHello tailor an AI assistant to my business?

At WaveHello, we start with what your customers ask and the information your business provides. Basic answers questions using your website and files. Advanced adds a lead form delivered to email. Custom supports tailored sales, service, qualification, or compatible connections.

Every monthly plan includes ongoing support, knowledge updates, and regular reviews within its scope. New capabilities and substantial expansions are scoped separately.

Where do Advanced chatbot inquiries go?

With WaveHello's Advanced chatbot, the visitor completes and submits a form inside the chat. The submitted details go to the email destination agreed for your business, ready for your team to follow up.

Advanced does not automatically book appointments or update customer records. Connections to compatible CRM, booking and other business tools belong to a separately scoped Custom project.

Can a chatbot and contact form work together without asking customers twice?

Yes. The chatbot can help someone understand their options or prepare an inquiry; the form can let them review and submit the details they chose to share. A visitor who is ready to contact you should be able to skip chat.

A drafted request is not a completed submission. Confirm what was actually sent, where it went, and what will happen next. Only connect the two tools when the handoff removes work for the customer or your team.

What should a website chatbot do when it does not know the answer?

It should say when it does not know, rather than invent a price, policy or promise. It may ask a clarifying question or explain what information is missing.

Contact capture and handoff depend on the package and agreed setup; they are not included in Basic. When a handoff is included, useful context should be shared only with the visitor’s permission.
