What the site receives
The form asks for enough information to understand your request and reply. Some questions appear only when they fit the service you choose. The site receives requests about websites and lead forms, paid ads, search engine optimization (SEO), business tools and systems, and AI solutions.
Information you enter
You must choose the kind of help you want and enter a short description, your name, and your email. A business or project name, phone number, website, and desired timing are optional.
Details about the service
Depending on what you choose, the form may ask about your ads, how your business appears in search, the tools you use, your information, or how you hope to use AI.
Submission context
The site also stores details about the request, where the visit came from, its status, and when it was sent. It checks how quickly the form was completed and a hidden spam field, but does not store those two checks.
Hosting and access data
Hosting and security providers may process technical request data, browser or device information, security signals, and essential cookies. The public website does not ask visitors to sign in. Administrative access to Sites is handled by OpenAI; this application does not copy that sign-in information into the request database.
Why it is used—and when it is shared
We use your request to understand what you need and reply. We also use it to stop spam or duplicate requests, learn which page or ad led you here, and keep a business record.
A person reviews every request
The form validates and stores a request. A person decides whether there is a useful next step.
Used to operate this site
OpenAI hosts the site through ChatGPT Sites. Cloudflare infrastructure supports delivery, security, and D1 database storage. Google Analytics processes site-use information for measurement. Google and Meta may also use permitted tracking for advertising measurement and personalization, subject to the regional defaults and choices explained below. Google Workspace processes email notifications containing your contact and project details so our team can review and reply to your inquiry. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or security, or at your direction.
The site remembers where your visit began within the current browser tab so that detail is not lost before you send the form.
Google Analytics may count visits, pages viewed, time on the site, how people found the site, device and browser details, approximate location, and selected clicks. It may set its own cookies. WaveHello does not send names, contact details, company names, project descriptions, or other free-text form entries to Google Analytics. Reports can include the service category you select, campaign labels, and whether an inquiry was successfully saved. When advertising tracking is allowed, Google may use cookie and ad-click identifiers for measurement and personalized advertising. We do not send hashed contact details for enhanced conversions. Meta Pixel follows the same advertising choice as Google. When enabled, it sends page visits and successful inquiry events to Meta to help measure Facebook and Instagram advertising. Inquiry events include a random event reference, not your form answers. Meta may receive page addresses, referring pages, browser and device details, IP addresses, and cookie identifiers, and may connect this activity with information it holds about you. WaveHello does not add form entries or contact details to Pixel events. You can turn it off at any time. A browser Global Privacy Control signal keeps the Pixel off. The site does not use session replay. It does not automatically send form records to a customer system, webhook, or email marketing list. Hosting and security services may still use cookies needed to deliver and protect the site.
WaveHello AI solutions are services covered by separate written terms. They do not give you an account for a separate WaveHello software product. That software product is not available through this website. A separate privacy notice would be needed before product access opens.
What not to send
The request form is not a secure place to exchange private documents. Free-text fields can contain more than the site asks for, so share only the details needed to explain your goal.
- Passwords, authentication codes, tokens, or account credentials
- Customer records, contact lists, account exports, or private contracts
- Payment-card, health, government ID, or other highly sensitive information
- Another person’s personal information unless you are authorized to share it
Retention and analytics choices
Requests stay in the site database until they are manually deleted. Inquiry emails are also retained in our business mailbox until manually deleted. There is no automatic deletion schedule yet.

Information may be kept when needed for business records, security, disagreements, or legal duties. This notice will be updated when a fixed deletion process is in place.
Your tracking choices
Your on or off choice is stored in this browser so the site can remember it. Use Privacy choices in the footer to change your decision. Accept allows analytics and personalized Google/Meta advertising. Deny turns optional tracking off. Closing the banner with the × or Escape only dismisses it for this tab session; it does not record acceptance or change tracking permission. The site stores the choice, notice version, and choice time in your browser.
For visits identified by our hosting provider as coming from the United States, optional tracking starts on unless you have denied it. Elsewhere, or if the region cannot be determined, it waits for Accept. A Global Privacy Control signal keeps advertising tracking off and also prevents analytics from starting without an explicit analytics choice. Saved denials continue to apply. A previous Meta-only acceptance is not treated as acceptance of Google advertising.
Turning tracking off stops additional site-initiated measurement and attempts to clear accessible Google and Meta tracking cookies on this device. It does not erase information those providers already received.
Google provides and operates Google Analytics. Google may process measurement data and associated technical identifiers under its own terms and privacy policies. WaveHello has selected a 14-month retention period for detailed Analytics event and user data; renewed activity can extend the user-data period. Aggregated reports may be kept longer. This is separate from the manual retention practice for conversation requests described here.

Do not include the information you want removed. Provide only the email address needed to locate the original request and a short explanation.
This notice will change when the site’s collection, providers, access model, or retention practice changes. It describes the application reviewed on and is a plain-language operational notice, not a claim of compliance with every privacy law.
