What the site receives
The form asks for enough information to understand a business request and reply. Some context appears only when it is relevant to the service selected. The site receives inquiries about website design and development, paid marketing, SEO and organic search, business systems consulting, and Custom AI Systems.
Information you enter
A service area, project description, name, company, and email are required. Phone number, website, and desired timing are optional.
Service-specific context
A paid-marketing request may include the current management setup, provider-transition context, Google Search Ads, Google Local Services Ads, Facebook or Instagram advertising, and a monthly spend range. An SEO request may include current search visibility, markets, locations, content, website access, and measurement context. A business systems request may include the tools involved. Requests about business systems or Custom AI Systems may use the project-description field to identify relevant tools, data sources, workflows, or intended use.
Submission context
The site stores a request ID, service focus, form version, reply preference, source page, article and call-to-action context when available, landing path, campaign labels, request status, and relevant timestamps. Form-start timing and a hidden anti-abuse field are checked during submission but are not stored.
Hosting and access data
Hosting and security providers may process technical request data, browser or device information, security signals, and essential cookies. While access is restricted, sign-in information is handled by OpenAI; this application does not copy it into the request database.
Why it is used—and when it is shared
Conversation-request information is used to understand and respond to the inquiry, determine which service may fit, arrange a first conversation, prevent abusive or duplicate submissions, understand which site content or campaign led to the request, and maintain an appropriate business record.
No automated eligibility decision
The form validates and stores a request. A person decides whether there is a useful next step.
Used to operate this site
OpenAI hosts the site through ChatGPT Sites. Cloudflare infrastructure supports delivery, security, and D1 database storage. Google Analytics processes site-use information for measurement unless you turn analytics off. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or security, or at your direction.
Temporary session storage carries first-party request context within the current browser tab so a source page or campaign is not lost before the form is sent. WaveHello loads Google Analytics by default to understand visits, sessions, pages viewed, time and engagement signals, referral and campaign context, and selected site interactions. Google Analytics may process the page path without query strings, page title, referral context, device and browser details, approximate location, and first-party analytics identifiers, and it may set first-party analytics cookies. WaveHello does not send form-field values, names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, or project descriptions to Google Analytics. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization remain disabled. Use Privacy choices in the footer to turn Analytics off or back on. When Analytics is off, the site stops sending additional Analytics events and attempts to remove accessible Google Analytics cookies from this browser. The application does not include advertising pixels, session replay, or cross-site advertising tracking. It does not automatically send form records to a CRM, webhook, or email marketing list. Hosting and security services may still set cookies that are necessary to deliver and protect the site.
Custom AI Systems is a professional service offered under separate written project terms. It is not access to the separate software product. That product is not offered through this site today, and this notice does not cover a product account, workspace, trial, subscription, stored files, or AI usage inside it. A separate privacy notice would be required before product access is opened.
What not to send
The conversation form is an inquiry path, not a secure document exchange. Free-text fields can contain more than the site asks for, so share only the context needed to explain the business problem.
- Passwords, authentication codes, tokens, or account credentials
- Customer records, contact lists, account exports, or private contracts
- Payment-card, health, government ID, or other highly sensitive information
- Another person’s personal information unless you are authorized to share it
Retention and analytics choices
Conversation requests are stored as dated records in the site database. The application does not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion period. That is the current operational limit—not a promise that records disappear after an unspecified amount of time.
Manual until a schedule is adopted
Records may remain until they are manually removed. Relevant information may be retained when reasonably needed for business records, security, disputes, or legal obligations. This notice will be updated when a fixed retention process is implemented.
On by default; under your control
Your on or off choice is stored in this browser so the site can remember it. Use Privacy choices in the footer to turn Analytics off or back on. Turning it off disables additional Analytics sends and attempts to clear accessible Google Analytics cookies on this device. It does not remove information Google Analytics already received.
Google provides and operates Google Analytics. Google may process measurement data and associated technical identifiers under its own terms and privacy policies. Retention of Analytics data depends on the settings for WaveHello's Analytics property and Google's applicable systems; it is separate from the manual retention practice for conversation requests described here.
