Find the right fit

## Is social advertising right for your business?

Facebook and Instagram can help people discover your business, consider an offer, or take the next step toward becoming a customer.

### Ways it can help

#### Introduce your business

Reach people who may be interested in what you offer, even if they are not searching for it.

#### Promote an offer

Give a product, service, or event more visibility and a clear way for interested people to respond.

#### Improve the ads you already run

Find opportunities to strengthen the message, spending choices, and results of existing campaigns.

### Before you invest

#### A reason to choose you

Your ads need a clear offer and something useful to say. We can help sharpen that message.

#### A useful next step

Ads work better when people can easily find more information, make a purchase, or get a response to an inquiry.

#### Room to learn

Campaigns need time and budget to test what works. A low-cost click alone does not mean the advertising is paying off.

From channel to customer

## Make it easy to go from interest to action.

The ad introduces your offer. What comes next should help people act on it.

1. Get noticed

  ### Reach people with a relevant message

Show your offer through ads suited to Facebook and Instagram, including feeds, Stories, and Reels.
2. Build interest

  ### Show why your offer matters

Connect the words and visuals to what customers care about, with a clear reason to learn more.
3. Invite action

  ### Choose the response that fits

Send people to your website or use supported forms, messaging, or call options. The choice follows your campaign goal.

What stays under control

## Campaigns shaped around your goals and budget.

WaveHello manages the advertising. You keep control of the business decisions behind it.

### A goal that fits your business

Build the campaign around what you want to achieve, from greater awareness to inquiries or sales.

### Relevant audiences

Use your customer knowledge and the platform's audience tools to guide who the campaign aims to reach.

### An approved advertising budget

You approve the budget and changes to it. We review spending and performance to guide adjustments.

### Business-owned accounts

Keep control of the ad accounts and pages your business owns, including when moving from another provider.

How management works

## From campaign planning to ongoing improvement.

Start with what you want the ads to achieve. Use what you learn to guide the next change.

1. ### Plan the campaign

Agree on the offer, audience, goal, and budget. Review current ads when there is an existing campaign.
2. ### Prepare the ads

Develop the ad copy and creative direction, choose where the ads lead, and prepare campaign tracking.
3. ### Launch and test

Run the agreed campaign and compare useful variations in messages and formats.
4. ### Improve with evidence

Review performance and customer responses. Use those findings to refine the ads and spending choices.

Agreed scope

## Social ads support that fits your business.

We agree on the work before starting. Your plan can include:

- New campaign planning or a review of existing ads
- Business-owned account setup and campaign tracking
- Connecting and testing your Meta Pixel on the website when the agreed campaign uses one
- Ad copy, creative direction, and message or format testing
- Website destinations or supported form, messaging, and call options
- Ongoing campaign management and spending review
- Reporting on ad performance and available customer outcomes

## See more than clicks and impressions.

When the campaign leads to your website, we can connect your Meta Pixel and test the agreed actions, subject to the site's privacy and consent setup. See what you spent and how people responded. Where matching business records are available, compare ad responses with qualified inquiries, bookings, or sales. Platform-reported results are kept separate from confirmed customer outcomes.

Use it the way it fits

## Build on what your business already uses.

### Keep your current website

Run social ads with an existing website or suitable in-platform options. A website rebuild is not required.

### Use your existing brand assets

Build from suitable photos, videos, and brand materials you already have permission to use. Any additional production is agreed separately.

### Connect inquiries to your tools

Send inquiries into a compatible customer-management tool when it helps your team follow up. Any extra integration work is agreed separately.

Ad formats and contact options depend on the campaign, account, and region. Meta controls ad approval and delivery; specific reach, lead costs, or sales are not guaranteed.

Can WaveHello manage the advertising accounts I already have?

Yes. WaveHello can help with existing campaigns or build new ones around your offer, audience, and budget. Your business keeps ownership of its advertising accounts, with agreed access for management.

Management can cover Google Search, eligible Google Local Services Ads, Facebook and Instagram, or Microsoft Advertising. You do not need every channel. We select the work around your goals, and keep advertising spend separate from management fees.

My ads get clicks but not inquiries. Is the problem the ads or the website?

Either can be part of the problem, and the first step is to follow the customer's path. Check the searches or audiences bringing visitors, whether the landing page matches the ad, and whether calls or form submissions work and reach your team.

Also check what the campaign counts as a conversion. A click on a button is not necessarily a completed inquiry. Separate traffic quality, website usability, measurement, and follow-up before choosing what to change.

Why are cheaper leads not turning into more customers?

A lower lead cost can still be poor value if fewer inquiries match your service, location, or buying needs. Compare the cost of a qualified inquiry and a customer—not only the cost of a submitted form.

Use the same definitions and reporting period when comparing campaigns. Ask your team why inquiries are not progressing: unsuitable requests, missed follow-up, price, timing, or something else. That distinction matters before increasing spend.

Why does my ad report show conversions I cannot match to bookings or sales?

A conversion is the action the account has been configured to count. It might be a call, submission, or another event—not a completed sale. Reporting dates and attribution rules can also differ from the records in your CRM.

First identify the counted action. Then compare the corresponding inquiry and business record using compatible dates. Keep inquiries, qualified leads, booked work, and paid revenue distinct so the report tells you what actually happened.
